LEGISLATION GAP ANALYSIS Project

The 'Legislation Gap Analysis' project was the first in the process of harmonisation of the regulations in the competence of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Physical Planning.

All project activities, for the period of six months, were financed by the European Commission.

The project embraced the analysis of regulations in the field of waste management and the review of its concordance with the relevant EU White Paper Directives.

In cases where legal gaps were established, new - harminised legal solutions were proposed.
